About the Role
As a Legal Director, you will have the opportunity to take on a senior position within the Private Client team, advising clients on a broad range of sophisticated matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Trusts
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance tax planning
- Succession planning
- Agricultural and business succession
- High-net-worth estate planning
- Lifetime planning and wealth preservation
- Complex family and asset structures
There will also be scope to develop existing client relationships, generate new business and play a significant role in growing the Private Client offering, particularly around the Alconbury or Spalding offices.

About You
You should have:
- Strong technical Private Client experience
- Experience dealing with complex estates, trusts and estate planning
- Excellent client relationship skills
- The confidence to deal with HNW individuals, business owners and/or agricultural clients
- A commercially minded approach
- The ambition to develop relationships and generate new work
- An interest in playing a senior role within a growing practice
Experience with agricultural estates, farming families or succession planning would be particularly advantageous.
