The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of private client matters, advising individuals and families on a range of issues while providing a high standard of client care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of wills, probate and estate administration matters.
- Advising on lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications.
- Assisting clients with estate and succession planning.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Delivering practical, sensitive and commercially focused legal advice.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Private Client department.
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
- Qualified Legal Executive (CILEX) status or equivalent experience within Private Client.
- Experience managing or assisting with a broad range of private client matters.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and empathetic approach.
- A genuine desire to develop your career within Private Client law.
