About the role

As a key figure in the private client team, you will:

  • Lead and develop the private client practice, with scope to expand and shape strategic direction
  • Support and mentor junior fee earners and colleagues to enhance service delivery
  • Drive business development initiatives to build the firm’s market presence
  • Contribute to the broader firm growth strategy, particularly in expanding the private client and related practices
  • Enjoy a collaborative and energetic working environment with a focus on value and quality of work

  • Significant experience in private client work, with strong technical ability
  • Proven track record of business development and team leadership
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and eager to contribute to practice growth
  • Excellent communication skills and a supportive, approachable manner
  • Ambitious to develop their own practice and progress within a forward-looking organisation
