An established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Fee Earner to join its team in Southwell, Nottinghamshire
This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a varied private client caseload within a well-regarded local practice, working with clients who value a personal, high-quality service. The team advises on a range of matters, including complex estates and affairs for high-net-worth individuals and families across Southwell and the surrounding affluent villages.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, covering a broad range of private client matters, including:

Wills, including more complex estate planning.

Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Probate and estate administration.

Estate planning for high-net-worth individuals.

Advising clients on complex personal and financial matters.
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team, benefiting from administrative and paralegal support while maintaining ownership of your files and client relationships.
About You

A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with meaningful experience in private client work.

Confident handling wills, LPAs and probate/estate administration.

Comfortable managing complex matters and high-net-worth clients independently.

Able to run a caseload with minimal supervision and deliver excellent client care.

An organised and approachable individual who enjoys building lasting client relationships.
