About the role
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage your own varied caseload while supporting clients through important life decisions with clarity, empathy, and expertise.
Your work will include:
- Advising clients on wills, estate planning, and inheritance matters
- Drafting simple and complex wills, including trust arrangements
- Handling probate applications and estate administration
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Supporting clients with inheritance tax planning and succession planning
- Managing files from initial instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking opportunities
About You
The successful candidate will have at least 1+ years PQE within Private Client law, has excellent client care skills, is able to work well as part of a team and is able to handle their workload efficiently.
