About the Role
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload covering:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Probate and estate administration
- Estate tax planning
- Court of Protection matters
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Assisting with the preparation of wills, trusts and other private client documentation
- Conducting legal research and drafting a range of legal documents
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through professional and personable service
- Assisting with estate administration, including probate applications and estate distribution
- Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and developments within Private Client law
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance departmental processes and client service delivery
- Contributing to business development initiatives, including networking and relationship-building activities to support the firm's continued growth
About You
The successful candidate will ideally be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or have gained experience within Private Client law. You will have excellent communication and client care skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to your work.
