We're working with a leading North East law firm seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join its established and growing team in Newcastle.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists on a broad range of high-quality private client matters while building your career within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You'll advise a diverse client base, including business owners, high-net-worth individuals and families, across a variety of private client matters, including:
- Wills and succession planning, including business assets and trust structures
- Inheritance Tax planning and Business Property Relief
- Probate and estate administration
- Court of Protection matters
- Lasting Powers of Attorney for both personal and business affairs
You'll be joining a respected team that is committed to delivering exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships.
About You
You'll ideally be:
- NQ to 5 years' PQE
- STEP qualified or currently working towards qualification (desirable)
- Technically strong with excellent attention to detail
