A highly regarded and growing law firm are seeking to add an additional Private Client Solicitor to their established and successful team.
You'll be joining an experienced Private Client department with a loyal client base and a steady flow of high-quality instructions across the Black Country. This is a role that offers plenty of autonomy, while still providing support from experienced colleagues as you continue to develop your career.
The role
You'll manage a varied private client caseload, advising on wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and wider estate planning matters.
Working closely with experienced partners and the wider team, you'll take ownership of your own files while building long-term relationships with clients and delivering a high standard of service.
There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development, strengthen existing client relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to continue growing the private client offering.
What they're looking for
- 3–7 years' PQE with solid Private Client experience
- Confident managing your own caseload of wills, probate, LPAs and estate administration matters
- Strong client care and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
- Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload
- Collaborative approach and a genuine passion for private client work
