About the role
This permanent position as a Private Client Solicitor involves handling a diverse caseload alongside the Managing Partner at the Stockport office. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing client onboarding and ongoing relationships
- Dealing with wills, estate administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Preparing complex estate documents and assisting with probate cases involving foreign assets and trusts
- Ensuring compliance with all client and regulatory requirements
- Supporting tax planning and inheritance tax matters

The ideal candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years of Private Client experience
- Exceptional communication and IT skills
- Experience with case management systems
