About the role
- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Offer clear, practical advice on estate and succession planning tailored to individual client needs.
- Handle complex, high-value estates with precision and confidence.
- Ensure all matters adhere to regulatory standards and are managed efficiently.
- Building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts while supporting departmental growth.
The ideal candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 3 years PQE, but a strong NQ would be considered for this role.
- Proven experience managing a full Private Client caseload independently and with confidence.
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
- Exceptional organisational, drafting, and communication skills.
- A compassionate, client-focused approach to legal work.
- STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.
