Private Client Solicitor | 5+ Years’ PQE | Nantwich | Hybrid Working

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Nantwich, Cheshire is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE who is looking for a senior role with a varied caseload, genuine client contact and the opportunity to play an active part in the continued development of a successful Private Client department.

The Role

You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, advising individuals, families, business owners and elderly clients across a broad range of matters, including:

  • Wills and estate planning

  • Inheritance Tax and tax planning

  • Probate and estate administration

  • Complex estates involving business and agricultural assets

  • Trusts

  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

  • Court of Protection matters

  • Advising high-net-worth individuals and families

  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues within an established and supportive team.

There is also scope to get involved in business development, networking and client relationship management, helping to develop the profile and future growth of the Private Client team across Nantwich and the wider Cheshire market.

About You

The successful candidate will be a qualified Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, with strong experience across a broad range of private client matters.

You should have:

  • A strong background in Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Administration

  • Experience dealing with complex estates, ideally including agricultural and business assets

  • Excellent technical and client-care skills

  • Confidence managing your own caseload

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A professional and commercially aware approach

  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team

  • An interest in business development and building client relationships
