About the Firm
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded, Chambers and Legal 500 recognised Private Client team at a respected law firm with an outstanding reputation for quality work and client service.
The department continues to experience significant growth and is looking to recruit an ambitious Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner who is keen to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative and technically strong environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists on complex matters while continuing to build your own caseload with genuine supervision, mentoring and long-term progression.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding Private Client Solicitor position, handling a broad range of non-contentious private client matters for a diverse client base.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on estate administration matters from start to finish
- Preparing Inheritance Tax accounts and providing inheritance tax advice
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support
- Working alongside experienced colleagues on larger, more complex matters
- Collaborating with both contentious and non-contentious private client teams
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Participating in business development initiatives and networking opportunities
This role offers exposure to excellent quality work and the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise within one of the region's leading Private Client teams.
Candidate Requirements
The firm is keen to hear from candidates who:
- Have experience handling private client matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs and estate administration
- Enjoy building long-term relationships with clients
- Have strong communication and client care skills
- Are keen to continue developing their technical knowledge within Private Client law
- Have an interest in business development and contributing to the continued growth of the department
- Are looking for genuine career progression within a leading legal team
