Professional Negligence Solicitor | Established Litigation Team | Liverpool
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Professional Negligence Solicitor to join a respected and growing litigation practice in Liverpool.
This role offers the chance to work within a specialist team handling a broad range of professional negligence claims, including complex and high-value disputes, while benefiting from strong support, quality work, and genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of professional negligence matters whilst assisting senior lawyers on more complex claims. The work will involve claims against a variety of professionals, including:
- Legal professionals
- Property professionals
- Financial professionals
- Construction and building professionals
The caseload includes both established and newly developed matters, with exposure to significant and high-value disputes.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with circa 3+ years' PQE.
- Experience within Professional Negligence, Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, or Dispute Resolution.
- Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.
- Confident managing a caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Experience assisting on complex or high-value litigation matters.
- Strong organisational and client management skills.
- Commercially minded with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable working towards billing and performance targets.
