About the role
This position sits within a well established commercial property team, focusing on Property Development work. You will be advising clients on a broad range of development projects, from land acquisitions to complex site assembly, within a team that encourages innovative solutions and proactive client engagement. The firm offers a very flexible hybrid working pattern, with no mandated office time, allowing lawyers to spend as much or as little time in the office as they prefer, enabling you to tailor your work routine to suit your personal and professional needs.
The ideal candidate
- A qualified Solicitor with around 4+ years' PQE in Commercial Property, particularly in Property Development
- Proven experience managing development projects and related transactions
- A proactive and client-driven approach, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
