About the Firm
Sacco Mann is recruiting for a well-established Yorkshire law firm looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer into its growing Otley office. The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload while supporting the wider development of the Property department.
The role will involve handling:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
-
Transfers of equity
-
Easements and covenants
-
General residential property matters
-
Related title and transactional work
This is a client-facing position, offering the opportunity to build long-standing relationships with local clients and professional contacts while managing files independently from instruction through to completion.
Candidate Requirements

Candidates should ideally have:

A minimum of 3 years’ PQE within Residential Property

Experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload independently

Knowledge of equity transfers, easements, and covenants

Strong communication and client care skills

Previous experience using case management systems

A proactive and personable approach
