The Opportunity

A respected national law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team in Birmingham City Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven lawyer to take the next step in their career within a growing, highly regarded property disputes practice. The team advises a wide range of clients, from individual landowners and residential occupiers to major commercial developers, investors, and corporate occupiers.

You’ll be joining a supportive, forward-thinking team recognised for its technical excellence and client-focused approach, with genuine opportunities to develop into a future leader of the practice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on all aspects of property litigation, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, rights of way, and land ownership claims.
  • Acting for both commercial and residential clients, from individuals to large developers and investors.
  • Managing your own caseload while supporting partners on complex and strategic matters.
  • Contributing to business development and helping to shape the continued growth of the Birmingham team.
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting the delivery of excellent client service.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in property litigation or general dispute resolution.
  • Excellent technical knowledge with a strong understanding of real estate and commercial property disputes.
  • Confident communicator with strong advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to take on leadership responsibilities.
  • Committed to professional development and open to flexible working arrangements.
