The Opportunity

We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor with around 3 years PQE to join an expanding team in Liverpool. As a leading specialist in property management law, my client is experiencing dynamic growth, particularly in high-value and complex property litigation work.
 

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with corporate clients on a diverse caseload, including managing litigation procedures in courts and tribunals, offering strategic legal advice, and supporting matters such as service charges, rents, covenants, easements, trespass, and possession issues. The role also involves advising on building safety, fire safety, lease interpretation, and complex title structures. Working in a collaborative environment, you will have opportunities for advocacy, develop your expertise, and play a key role in shaping the firm's future direction.

 

What They're Looking For

  • Qualified solicitor with approximately 3 years PQE in property litigation.
  • Proven experience managing property litigation cases, including court and tribunal procedures.
  • Strong understanding of leasehold reform, service charges, covenants, easements, and possession matters.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide strategic advice and build client relationships.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, growing legal environment.
  • An interest in developing expertise in property and building safety law.
