The Role
You’ll be joining a specialist Property Litigation team based in Birmingham, working as part of a national practice.
Your work will include managing a varied caseload of commercial property disputes, alongside supporting Partners and senior lawyers on large-scale and strategically significant litigation.
You’ll advise on development-related risks, including rights to light, title constraints and vacant possession strategies, often in relation to significant UK development projects.
The role also offers exposure to cross-sector disputes involving areas such as energy, infrastructure, planning, judicial review and telecommunications, providing a broad and intellectually stimulating workload.
You’ll work closely with a high-quality client base, building strong relationships while delivering clear, commercially focused advice.

What they’re looking for
• 1–5 years’ PQE with experience in property litigation or commercial disputes
• Strong interest in property dispute resolution and development-related work
• Experience or awareness of landlord and tenant disputes and asset management issues
• Understanding of litigation procedures and case management
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
