About the role
This opportunity is for a Property Litigation Senior Associate or Legal Director based in Leeds, with the flexibility of remote working up to three days a week. You will join a bustling team recognised in both Chambers and Legal 500, gaining exposure to a broad range of landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, option agreements, easements, and mortgage repossessions. You will take on a key leadership role within the team, supervising junior colleagues, managing a diverse caseload, and building lasting client relationships. The firm values proactive, commercially-minded individuals who thrive in a busy environment and are keen to contribute to the ongoing success of their team.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ PQE in property litigation, ideally working with commercial clients and landlord and tenant issues. You should be confident managing your own caseload from day one, demonstrating excellent client-care skills, and possess a genuine desire to mentor and support junior team members. The successful applicant will be motivated, calm under pressure, and able to thrive both independently and as part of a team. A strong technical background, combined with commercial awareness and a proactive approach, will ensure your success in this role.
