The Team
The Property Litigation team is one of the few dedicated specialist teams in the North West and advises a broad range of clients including property investors, developers, landlords, business owners, and entrepreneurs.
The team handles a varied and high-quality caseload across all aspects of real estate disputes, including:
- Developer disputes
- Break notices
- Dilapidations claims
- Forfeiture and lease termination matters
- Commercial rent arrears
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Residential possession claims
- Lease extensions
- Trespass and easement disputes
- Rights of first refusal
- Ownership and boundary disputes
- Service charge disputes
- General commercial property disputes
- Vesting orders
The Opportunity
This Property Litigation Solicitor role will involve supporting partners and senior solicitors on complex matters while also managing your own caseload under supervision. The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-quality work and have genuine opportunities for progression and involvement in wider business development initiatives.
The firm is seeking an ambitious and technically strong Property Litigation Solicitor who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to further develop their career within a specialist property litigation practice.
About You
Applications are welcomed from candidates who:
- Have between 2–6 years’ PQE in Property Litigation and are looking for an Associate role
- Have trained and gained experience within a well-regarded national or regional law firm
- Specialise exclusively in property litigation
- Possess strong technical and client-handling skills
- Are confident assisting on complex disputes and managing smaller matters independently
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike
- Value high-quality work alongside a healthy work/life balance
