About the role

Based in Newark, this role offers an interesting caseload with a focus on Property Litigation. You will manage your own matters, ensuring professional and efficient handling from commencement to resolution, whilst maintaining regular, clear communication with clients. The position involves some travel across their other offices, with flexibility on alternative office locations under discussion. Your responsibilities will encompass managing client relationships, adhering to quality standards, supporting departmental administration, and contributing to the firm's ongoing success.

The ideal candidate

The successful Solicitor will have at least three years of litigation experience, ideally specialising in Property Litigation, but those from other contentious private client areas will also be considered. You will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, a confident and professional manner, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A proactive, friendly approach and a commitment to continuous development are essential to thrive within this dynamic department.
