**About the role**
This role is pivotal as our client expand their Property Litigation team with the recruitment of a Senior Associate or Partner to bolster their successful Litigation offering.
As an experienced Property Litigator, you will be involved in a diverse range of matters, including high-value commercial property disputes, service charge and rent arrears, lease renewals, boundary disputes, dilapidations, and appeals.
This work involves handling instructions for some of the firm's highest-profile clients and the opportunity to grow with the team, really making the role your own. This would be a fantastic new role for the right person to grow into a leadership role.
**The ideal candidate**
- Experienced in property litigation, confident in High Court proceedings and high-stakes negotiations
- Proven ability to handle high-value, complex cases, and communicate effectively with demanding clients
- Ambitious and looking for an opportunity to develop within a supportive team environment
- Ideally at least 5 years PQE, but this role can be considered on a case by case basis.
