About the role
This permanent position is tailored for a solicitor with a background in property litigation, supporting high-value and complex land disputes; handling issues surrounding land sales, easements, options, and other development-related matters. The role involves working closely with a supportive litigation team, providing expert advice, and managing a varied caseload within the commercial property litigation arena, with opportunities to develop expertise in development litigation.
The ideal candidate
- 2-6 years PQE, with flexibility for more experienced candidates
- Experience in property litigation; candidates with property development experience or general property disputes are encouraged to apply
- Experience handling land disputes, sale disputes, easements, and related issues
