About the role
- Full caseload of Real Estate Disputes (commercial ) with potential involvement in complex telecoms work if that interests you
- Key responsibilities include managing an existing caseload, working collaboratively across the regional team, and contributing to the growth of the dispute resolution practice.
- Perfect opportunity for an experienced solicitor to step into a role with a clear path for development, benefiting from incoming workloads and a supportive regional environment.
The ideal candidate
- 3-10 years PQE in property litigation, with a solid understanding of real estate disputes
- Experience working collaboratively within regional teams and managing own caseload
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Experience or interest in telecoms work would be advantageous but is not essential
- A proactive approach and eagerness to contribute to team growth and success
