An established law firm based in Newcastle is looking to expand its Dispute Resolution team with the addition of a Property Litigation Solicitor.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team, working with a varied client base and handling a broad range of property disputes. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload, develop client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.
The opportunity
- Manage your own varied caseload of property litigation matters, advising a diverse range of clients.
- Handle disputes involving commercial property, contractual matters and real estate.
- Advise on lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture and possession claims.
- Deal with service charge and rent arrears disputes, breaches of covenant and boundary, easement and right of way issues.
- Work closely with colleagues across Property, Corporate and Dispute Resolution to provide a joined-up service.
- Build and develop client relationships, with opportunities to get involved in business development and grow your own client base.
About you
- A qualified Solicitor with experience in property litigation.
- Confident managing your own caseload and providing clear, practical advice to clients.
- Interested in contributing to business development and the wider growth of the team.
