The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising businesses, developers, investors, landlords and tenants on a broad range of transactions. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll play an important role in the continued success of the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals.
- Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including leases and lease renewals.
- Assisting with development and investment transactions.
- Supporting secured lending matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contributing to business development and networking activities.
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
- Qualified Solicitor status with experience in Commercial Property.
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach.
- The ability to manage your own caseload independently.
- A desire to contribute to the continued growth of the department.
