Job Title: Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate (2–8 PQE)
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Excellent Benefits (£80,000- £120,000)
The Opportunity
A highly regarded, full-service UK law firm is looking to strengthen its London Real Estate team with the addition of a Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and directory-ranked team working on high-quality, complex matters for a diverse client base.

The Role
You will advise a broad range of clients including developers, investors, occupiers and lenders on a variety of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of investment property (including sale and leasebacks)
- Drafting and negotiating leases and wider landlord & tenant matters
- Development work, including site acquisitions and development agreements
- Portfolio management work, including licences, consents and asset management matters
- Title investigations and reporting
- Supporting on cross-disciplinary transactions alongside corporate, banking and construction teams
- Supervising junior lawyers where appropriate
The Team
You will be part of a respected London-based Real Estate team within a wider national property group, offering strong internal support, specialist expertise and a steady flow of high-quality work. The team acts for a broad mix of clients including national operators, developers and investors.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2–8 years’ PQE
- Strong experience in commercial real estate and landlord & tenant work
- Exposure to development and investment transactions is desirable
- Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
- Confident managing your own matters and working as part of a wider team
- Interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
