The Role
As a Real Estate Finance Solicitor, you'll play an integral part in a busy and growing team, advising on a wide variety of real estate finance matters for both lender and borrower clients across a range of sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:

Advising on a broad range of real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion

Acting for lenders, borrowers and other stakeholders on property-backed funding arrangements

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating loan agreements, security documentation and ancillary finance documents

Carrying out due diligence and reporting on title in support of financing transactions

Managing your own caseload while receiving support and guidance from experienced senior lawyers where required

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by delivering a high standard of commercial, pragmatic advice

Working closely with colleagues across the Real Estate and Banking teams to deliver seamless client service

Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the department
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

At least 2 years' PQE with experience in Real Estate Finance, Banking or Commercial Property Finance

Experience advising on secured lending transactions and property finance matters

Strong technical drafting skills and excellent attention to detail

A commercial approach with the ability to build lasting client relationships

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the confidence to manage your own workload

A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to develop your career within a successful and expanding team
