Sacco Mann is recruiting for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm based in South Manchester/Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join a growing and supportive team handling high-quality property finance work for a strong client base.
The firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor with experience in Real Estate Finance, Property Finance, Banking and Finance, or Commercial Property transactions involving secured lending matters. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion.
The Role
As a Real Estate Finance Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of Real Estate Finance and Property Finance matters
- Advising lenders, borrowers, investors, and developers on secured lending transactions
- Drafting and negotiating finance documents, security documents, and certificates of title
- Handling acquisition finance, refinancing, and development finance transactions
- Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers, and third parties to progress matters efficiently
- Providing commercially focused legal advice while ensuring regulatory compliance
Requirements
To be considered for this Real Estate Finance Solicitor role, you will ideally have:
- Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales
- Previous experience within Real Estate Finance, Banking and Finance, or Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge of property and finance transactions
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently
