The role
You'll be joining an experienced Real Estate Finance team in Birmingham, advising on a broad range of property finance matters.
The work includes acting for banks, challenger banks, bridging lenders, peer-to-peer lenders and borrowers on acquisition finance, development finance and refinancing transactions.
You'll manage your own matters while working closely with senior lawyers on larger transactions, gaining exposure to a varied client base and high-quality work.
There will also be opportunities to build client relationships, collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm and get involved in business development initiatives.
What they're looking for
- 2–5 years' PQE with experience in real estate finance or commercial property with finance exposure
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage your own workload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Collaborative, proactive and ambitious approach
