About the Role
This position entails working closely with the real estate finance team, advising clients on complex property transactions and finance arrangements. You will be involved in:
- Handling a variety of real estate finance matters, including secured and unsecured lending
- Supporting the team with due diligence and transactional documentation
- Contributing to client meetings and negotiations
- Managing transactions from inception through to completion

The Ideal Candidate
- 1-2 years of PQE in real estate finance
- Experience handling property finance transactions
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
