The firm's Real Estate teams advise on a broad range of commercial property and real estate finance matters, working with an established client base that includes major financial institutions, challenger banks, property developers, investors and other commercial property stakeholders.

About the Role
The team are looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate to work closely with an experienced Partner on a varied caseload of lender-side and borrower-side transactions. You will gain exposure to acquisition, development and investment finance, refinancing and portfolio lending, with opportunities to develop your technical expertise and client relationships within a supportive, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising lenders and borrowers on acquisition, development and investment finance transactions.
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Drafting and negotiating finance-related property documentation.
- Undertaking legal due diligence and reporting on potential risks.
- Supporting refinancing and portfolio lending transactions.
- Working with colleagues across the Real Estate and Banking & Finance teams on complex matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate
- Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE in real estate finance
- Proven ability to handle transactional work with confidence and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organisational, and client management skills
- Committed to delivering exceptional service and developing their expertise within real estate finance
