About the Role
As a Real Estate Litigation Associate, you will join a team recognised for its high-quality work and vibrant client base. Your responsibilities will include advising on a variety of commercial property disputes such as lease renewals, boundary issues, dilapidations, and landlord remedies. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external clients, you will play a key role in managing cases from inception to resolution within a progressive environment that promotes continuous learning and career progression.
The Ideal Candidate
- Solicitor with demonstrable experience in Property Litigation, ideally with knowledge of 1954 Act lease renewals, dilapidations, boundary disputes, and landlord/tenant issues
- Confident in handling a diverse caseload and taking ownership of tasks
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams
- Positive, collaborative approach with a focus on excellent client service
