The Opportunity – Real Estate Litigation Solicitor

The firm is looking to recruit a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join its Manchester team on a permanent basis.

You will handle a varied and interesting caseload of commercial property and real estate disputes, advising a broad client base and delivering commercially focused legal solutions.

Working alongside an experienced team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, build client relationships and get involved in challenging property litigation matters.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a varied caseload of real estate and property litigation matters.

  • Advising clients on a broad range of commercial property disputes.

  • Handling contentious landlord and tenant matters.

  • Providing strategic advice on property-related disputes and litigation.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider real estate team.

  • Delivering commercially focused advice and excellent client service.

About You

We're keen to hear from qualified Solicitors with experience in Property Litigation, Real Estate Litigation or Commercial Property Disputes.

You'll ideally have:

  • Qualified Solicitor status with experience in property litigation.

  • A strong understanding of commercial real estate disputes.

  • Experience managing your own caseload.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.

  • A proactive, commercially minded approach.

  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
