As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters with confidence and autonomy
- Providing strategic, commercially focused legal advice to a broad client base
- Working closely with a highly regarded and ambitious property team
- Supporting the wider team on a range of transactions, including:
- Investment work
- Acquisitions
- Disposals
The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years' PQE within Commercial Property, strong client care and communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage competing priorities effectively while working collaboratively as part of a team.
