We’re working alongside a Legal 500-ranked law firm who are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in the Wrexham office.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to further establish their reputation within the legal market while working on a varied and high-quality caseload of real estate matters. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters with confidence and autonomy
  • Providing strategic, commercially focused legal advice to a broad client base
  • Working closely with a highly regarded and ambitious property team
  • Supporting the wider team on a range of transactions, including:
  • Investment work
  • Acquisitions
  • Disposals

 

The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years' PQE within Commercial Property, strong client care and communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage competing priorities effectively while working collaboratively as part of a team.
