Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be joining a national team to work on a variety of matters including:
- Site acquisitions
- Funding arrangements
- Strategic development
- Construction
- Complex real estate assets
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in working on behalf of a wide of variety of clients including developers, investors, government bodies, funds and private organisations with significant property portfolios.
Skills You Need
Motivated and pragmatic with outstanding interpersonal skills, you’ll be a results driven Solicitor who enjoys constantly learning and has complete autonomy over your own caseload.
- Experience in Commercial Property law
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Experience delivering client training or internal presentations
- Keen to take responsibility, develop business, and contribute to a growing team
