About the role
In this permanent position as a Real Estate Managing Associate, you will lead and support high-value real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management, primarily for high-profile clients such as developers, investors, and property companies. Working within a thriving team, you'll advise on landlord and tenant matters and contribute to strategic growth. The role offers a fantastic mix of complex, high-profile work and the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers, all within a firm that values quality and professional development.
The ideal candidate
The successful applicant will have at least 6 years' PQE as a Solicitor in England & Wales, with a solid background in commercial property and real estate investment transactions. Experience in landlord and tenant work and managing multiple parties or jurisdictions will be advantageous. You should be a confident and proactive lawyer, capable of mentoring colleagues and delivering high-quality legal advice. A strong academic record and training from a top-tier firm are highly desirable.
