About the role
- Position: Real Estate Associate Solicitor - NQ-2 PQE
- Practice Area: Commercial Property / Real Estate
- Location: Manchester
- Type: Permanent
You will join a dynamic Real Estate team advising on property transactions including developments, landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management. You’ll gain exposure to a broad spectrum of real estate matters, develop your transactional skills, and enjoy the autonomy to lead on cases while working closely with experienced partners.
The ideal candidate
- Newly qualified to 2 years PQE solicitor
- Minimum of 1 year’s real estate experience or equivalent
- Proactive, with keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with an ability to influence and network
- Organised with good time management and flexible to work with multiple team members
- Ambitious to develop business development skills and client relationships from early stages
