About The Role
This opportunity involves working on a wide-ranging real estate caseload, including:
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
- Acting for landlords and tenants in lease negotiations
- Handling property development projects, planning agreements, and disposals
- Advising on secured lending transactions and property finance
- Assisting with property portfolio management and strategic legal advice
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience in real estate law
- Broad transactional experience is desirable
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- A proactive approach to business development
- Organisation skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
