Associate or Senior Associate | Real Estate | Flexible-Working/Hybrid

Role Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters from instruction through to completion.
- Advising clients on the acquisition, disposal and development of commercial property.
- Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, agreements for lease and associated documentation.
- Advising on property development and investment matters, including site acquisitions, disposals and development agreements.
- Dealing with property finance and secured lending transactions, where relevant to the team.
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, surveyors and other professional advisers to progress transactions.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm, including colleagues in Corporate, Banking, Planning and Construction, where appropriate.
- Contributing to business development and networking activities to support the continued growth of the Real Estate team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 2 – 6 years' PQE within Real Estate
- Experience advising clients in the retail sector on landlord and tenant matters (desirable)
- Strong technical legal skills with demonstrable experience in property transactions
- Excellent communication, organisation, and client relationship skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop within a supportive environment
