About the Role
This Supervising Solicitor role focuses within the Real Estate team, focusing on supervising and developing junior lawyers in the Manchester office rather than managing a personal caseload.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide supervision, teaching and coaching to junior lawyers across the real estate team, providing feedback and helping build their legal knowledge
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality work by providing supervision across live cases
- Working closely with Senior colleagues to foster a strong learning culture, identifying training needs, utilising the firm's resources
- Provide ad hoc fee-earning support to the Manchester Real Estate team, contributing to project work and client matters as required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Real Estate Solicitor, ideally with at least seven years' PQE, with strong experience in investment, landlord and tenant, management and development work.
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Experience of supervision, coaching and providing feedback
