This role is a permanent position for a Professional Regulation Solicitor or Senior Paralegal/ Caseworker specialising in Regulatory matters, working with clients such as the General Medical Council and General Dental Council. You will be supporting an expanding team with diverse regulatory instructions, helping to manage new enquiries, and ensuring best outcomes for your clients. The business has recently increased investment in this area, with an impressive number of new instructions.
You will work closely with experienced teams in criminal defence, police conduct, and corporate compliance, offering a stimulating environment that encourages continuous development and case variety.
The ideal candidate will have some hands-on experience in professional regulation, with the ability to independently manage new matters and have the ability to progress cases efficiently. Given the role’s complexity, candidates with a background in regulatory law, especially involving the GMC or equivalent bodies, will be preferred. This position would suit a newly qualified Regulatory Solicitor or a Senior Paralegal, comfortable working within Regulatory Law and on behalf of professional bodies.
