We’re working with a long-established law firm looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join its team. This is an opportunity to build on your existing experience, develop a varied caseload and play a part in the continued growth of the practice.
What will you be doing?
- Managing residential property matters and providing a friendly, professional service to clients.
- Advising on a range of property matters, including transfers of equity, covenants and easements.
- Building strong relationships with clients and contacts within the local community.
- Working alongside other solicitors to support the development of the firm’s client base.
- Using case management systems and other IT tools to manage your workload effectively.
Is this the right fit for you?
- With at least 3 years’ experience in residential property.
- Experience dealing with transfers of equity, covenants, easements or related property matters.
- Confident communicating with a wide range of clients and contacts.
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and is keen to develop their role.
