Residential Conveyancer | Harrogate | £30,000 to £50,000 DOE

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, alongside the support of a collaborative team that values the contribution of every individual.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions progress smoothly while delivering an excellent client experience throughout.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing residential property transactions from start to finish, maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency and client care.

Keeping clients informed at every stage, providing clear advice on progress, timescales and costs.

Building strong relationships with clients, introducers and external contacts to encourage repeat business and generate new opportunities.

Taking responsibility for your own files, billing, time recording and financial housekeeping.

Supporting and guiding a conveyancing assistant, helping them develop their skills and confidence.

Maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

Contributing to a positive team culture and keeping your knowledge up to date with developments in residential property law.

You’ll be an organised and proactive conveyancing professional who takes pride in delivering a personal, reliable service. You’ll be comfortable managing competing priorities, communicating confidently with clients and colleagues, and seeing transactions through to a successful conclusion.

Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
