Local, traditional law firm are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Barrow-in-Furness.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Residential Conveyancing role within an accredited property team, working on your own varied caseload from inception to completion that will include work such as:
- Contracts of Sale
- Legal Searches
- Land Registry requirements, both registered and unregistered land
- Sales & purchase
- Re-mortgage cases
- Transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancing role will ideally have previous experience with Residential Property law, have excellent client care skills and is looking to establish themselves within a close-knit and supportive team. Our client are ideally looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or a Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years' experience.
