Residential Conveyancer

An established and highly regarded Cheshire law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and successful property team based in Cheshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused conveyancing professional to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.

 

The Role

You will be responsible for handling a full range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Re-mortgages
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
  • Providing a high level of client care throughout the transaction process

 

The Candidate

  • Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to work
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
