About the role
As a fairly senior Conveyancer within this organisation, you will independently manage a broad spectrum of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You'll draft and review contracts, liaise with estate agents, lenders, and third parties, and provide practical legal advice to clients. Your responsibilities also include conducting searches, maintaining accurate case records, and supporting junior colleagues when needed.
The ideal candidate
To succeed, you will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with demonstrable residential conveyancing experience. You should be comfortable handling your own caseload confidently, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive, organised approach. A strong commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and delivering high-quality client care is essential to thrive in this role.
