About the Role
This is a permanent Residential Conveyancing position within the firm’s busy Property team, perfect for a qualified solicitor, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer, or a suitably experienced non-qualified conveyancer with at least 5 years experience.
The successful candidate will manage an active caseload that includes remortgages, transfers of equity, sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold properties, new builds, and shared equity schemes. You will deliver high-calibre legal support, contributing towards team success and business development activities.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will demonstrate at least 5 years of relevant residential conveyancing experience and possess strong knowledge of Land Registry and SDLT processes. You should have excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Experience handling a broad range of conveyancing transactions and familiarity with case management systems will be essential.
