About the role
- Quality, low-volume conveyancing caseload, predominantly working with investors
- Based in Leeds city centre
- Working Hours are 9am to 5pm, with flexibility for hybrid working
- Benefits: 26 days holiday, ongoing training, and support
The ideal candidate
- Ideally fully qualified Licensed Conveyancer; however, experienced senior fee earners without the qualification are welcome to apply
- Proven strong technical ability across all areas of residential conveyancing
- Solid leasehold and freehold experience is essential
- Excellent client relationship skills and a professional approach
