Sacco Mann Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Nottingham or Derby.
This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional looking to join a supportive team, handling a varied residential property caseload while developing their career within a well-established practice.
The Role
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout transactions
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer documents and other conveyancing documentation
- Reviewing titles, searches and property information
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other relevant parties
- Progressing transactions efficiently and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of client care

Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
- Reviewing property titles, searches and associated documentation
- Drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Ensuring files are accurately maintained and compliant with relevant requirements
- Providing regular updates and advice to clients
- Managing workloads effectively and meeting relevant deadlines
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous residential conveyancing experience and be confident managing a caseload with an appropriate level of supervision. You will have:
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing
- Experience managing a caseload from instruction through to completion
- Strong knowledge of residential property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
- A proactive and professional approach
- Good commercial awareness
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
- Ambition to develop and progress within residential conveyancing
